The 5 Elementos Olive Interpretation Center is where it all begins. Here, you will learn all about the fascinating world of olives and EVOO, from how they are cultivated to how they are transformed into one of the world’s most awarded oils. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to sample our five varieties of EVOO in a guided tasting that will deepen your appreciation for every nuance and flavor. It’s an interactive journey that combines history, technology, and, of course, plenty of olive oil.
But there’s more. We have enhanced our experience with two new rooms that will surprise you. In the Once Upon a Time… A Late Roman Village room, virtual reality glasses will transport you to ancient Toledo, where you’ll discover how EVOO was already playing a key role in daily life. And in the 5 Elementos Xperience immersive room, you’ll embark on a sensory journey through the stages of sleep, surrounded by art, music, and technology—a captivating experience that awakens emotions and connects the senses.

At Finca La Pontezuela, oleotourism becomes a unique cultural and sensory experience. Located in the Montes de Toledo, near Cabañeros National Park, the estate offers a journey through the world of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), blending tradition, nature, and innovation. Visitors begin at the 5 Elementos Olive Interpretation Center, where they learn about olive cultivation and oil production, culminating in a guided tasting of five award-winning EVOO varieties.
The experience is enriched by two immersive spaces: one uses virtual reality to explore the role of olive oil in ancient Roman Toledo, while the other offers a sensory journey through the stages of sleep, combining art, music, and technology. Finca La Pontezuela invites guests to discover EVOO in a way that connects knowledge, emotion, and the beauty of the natural surroundings.

In the Reception, guests will discover the Region of La Jara, its historical and cultural wealth and its olive tradition.
Visitors also will get to know the origin of Finca La Pontezuela and will have the opportunity to participate in the project that our ancestors envisioned, and that today, we continue with the same passion and enthusiasm.
In the Caja Negra, you will fully experience the olive grove ecosystem.
We recreate each season in our centenary olive tree groves, demonstrating in flash moments the phases of flowering, fruit development and the ripening of the olives.
Visitors will learn about the cultivation techniques used at Finca La Pontezuela as well as the production of the EVOOs. To better understand this process, we have designed an interactive oil mill that shows the physicochemical processes that occur inside the mill, malaxer and centrifuges.
We also have a multisensory experience where guests can smell, feel and taste all of the natural elements contained in our EVOO.
We will awaken your hidden senses and taste buds, through a sensory tasting experience with our 5 Elementos Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
You will discover the characteristics and learn how to pair our 5 varieties of olives all grown at Finca La Pontezuela: Picual, Cornicabra, Hojiblanca, Arbequina and Redondilla.

In the 5 Elementos Xperience, you will embark on a sensory journey through the phases of sleep, surrounded by a 360-degree immersive room. This multisensory experience blends art projections, music, and visual effects to create an environment that speaks to both your emotions and senses. Each phase of sleep is illustrated with classic and contemporary paintings, and the atmosphere changes as you progress through the experience, allowing you to experience art in an entirely new way.
The central concept of this room, Awake Dreaming, lets you relive artwork from a synesthetic perspective, blending color and sound to bring you closer to what artists felt while creating their masterpieces. This is an enveloping experience that connects art and dreams, creating a space where art is not only observed but also felt and lived.
